Among the invited guests were also the representatives of the Continental University Sports Associations, Rectors from the Awarded Universities, Ambassadors, EUSA Honorary President, Technical Delegates and Organisers of the 2008 EUSA Events.
Adam Roczek chaired the Assembly. Belarus and Bosnia and Herzegovina were accepted as the new EUSA Members, while Denmark was suspended from the membership. The elections for the New Executive Committee also took place at this year's assembly. The Assembly also approved the 2007 Final reports and the Activity plan for 2008.

The next EUSA General Assembly will take place in Paris (FRA) from December 5-7, 2008.
At the event, Slovenian University Sports Association (SUSA) promoted the 11th World University Futsal Championship and also presented the bid for the Winter Universiade Maribor 2013.
