Slovenian hockey players against Turkey
Slovenian hockey team won against Turkey with 11:1. They will compete on Friday for 9th place.
Today at the 25th Winter Universiade is so to say, a Slovenian day. On the evening the team competition in ski jumping will take place, where the Slovenes are considered as favorites, because they have won four medals so far.
A delegation from the Ministry of Education and Sports, led by Mr Marko Rajšter and representatives of the municipality of Maribor, led by vice mayor mag. Tomaž Kancler have arrived today to Erzurum.
The Universiade in Erzurum with 57 participating countries is slowly coming to the end. There are only 3 days of competitions remaining and the closing ceremony on Sunday.
